About Sunny Creations Preschool
Meet Ms. Kira
I am the Director of Sunny Creations Preschool and the one you will see working with your kiddos. I hold a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies from Southern Oregon University and have been working with kids since middle school. I have worked as a Teaching Associate in a Kindergarten classroom, I have been a Substitute, worked as an aide in grades preschool through third, I have been a one-on-one aid for special needs and I have been the Vice President on a school board. Needless to say, I love working with kids! I have two amazing kiddos myself that I love to watch and help grow into the humans they are today. I love to bring nature indoors and find it important that kiddos get the chance to get dirty and explore the world that they have been given.
Sunny Creations Preschool Philosophy
My philosophy for Sunny Creations Preschool is to cultivate a love for learning through hands on experiences, peer interaction, small class sizes, exploration and imagination. We want to promote the connection between home and school. Kiddos have a voice and we want it to be used in a constructive way creating their learning environment. This is the first steps of the learning journey and we want to grow the inquisitive minds of these young kiddos. I can’t wait to meet your kiddos and help them through this journey of a life!
